Orders and delivery

Digital PDF orders are delivered immediately after purchase. Printed hardcover and softcover books typically ship within a few business days. International shipping availability varies by destination.

Refunds

Personalized storybooks are made-to-order. If something goes wrong with your order, contact our support team and we will make it right.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to the photos and names you upload. Kagu Studios retains rights to story text, art direction, and illustration styles.
